What I build
Most small business sites are either a decade-old template nobody can edit, or a bloated builder page that takes eight seconds to load on 4G outside a customer's house. I build the other thing: a handful of pages with real text served straight from the server, clean headings, and nothing on the page that isn't earning its place.
Every build includes the basics done properly. Click-to-call on every screen, because most of your traffic is a person standing in a hallway with a problem. An enquiry form that actually reaches you. Your suburbs and services written out in plain words. Structured data describing your business so search engines and AI engines can read it without guessing.
You get a site you can update. Text changes are yours to make; if you'd rather I did them, send me a text and it's done that day. No monthly hosting lock-in on a platform you can't leave.

Website AI chatbot add-on
If you want the site to answer questions while you're on a job, add a chatbot. It's trained on your services, prices, service area and the answers you'd give yourself. It handles the routine questions — do you cover this suburb, what does a call-out cost, how soon can you come — and captures the name, phone number and job details for anything it can't finish.
It's the same engine as the AI receptionist, sitting on your website instead of your phone line. If you run both, they share the same knowledge, so a customer gets the same answer whichever way they reach you.

How it runs
A landing page takes about a week. A five-page site takes two to three, mostly waiting on your photos and your answers. I write the first draft of the copy from a recorded conversation with you, so it sounds like you rather than like a marketing agency, and you get two rounds of changes before launch.
Rebuilding an existing site is fine — I keep the URLs that already rank, redirect the ones that don't, and check nothing drops. If your current site is doing well and just needs the AI visibility work rather than a rebuild, I'll say so.
